Connect your iPhone to your laptop with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
On Windows, open File Explorer and select your iPhone
Open the DCIM folder
Copy the photos you want to your laptop
On Mac, open the Photos app or Image Capture
Select your iPhone in the app
Choose the pictures you want to import
Click Import or Import Selected
Use iCloud Photos to sync pictures automatically
Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone
Sign in to iCloud on your laptop
Download the photos from iCloud.com or the iCloud app
Use AirDrop on Mac if both devices support it
Select the photos on your iPhone
Tap Share and choose AirDrop
Select your Mac and accept the transfer
Use email or cloud storage apps like Google Drive or OneDrive
Upload the pictures from your iPhone
Download them on your laptop
