Brush brow hairs upward with a spoolie
Trim only the hairs that extend above the natural brow line
Use small brow scissors
Cut a little at a time
Comb hairs downward and trim any obvious long strays
Keep the brow shape natural
Trim both brows evenly
Stop before removing too much length
Check symmetry in a mirror
Clean up loose hairs after trimming
