Open Control Center
Tap Focus
Tap the active Focus mode to turn it off
Open Settings
Tap Focus
Tap the active Focus mode
Turn off the Focus mode
Ask Siri to turn off Focus
If Focus turns on automatically, go to Settings
Tap Focus
Tap the Focus mode
Check and remove any schedules or automation
