Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap Music
Turn off Sound Check if it is enabled
Turn off Crossfade if it is enabled
Open the Apple Music app
Start playing a song
Tap the Now Playing bar
Tap the AirPlay or playback options button if available
Make sure AutoMix or any mixing feature is turned off
On Mac, open the Music app
Click Music in the menu bar
Select Settings
Open the Playback tab
Turn off Crossfade Songs
Turn off Sound Check if enabled
On Windows, open iTunes or Apple Music
Go to Edit
Open Preferences
Turn off Crossfade Songs
Turn off Sound Check if enabled
