Open the app that uses Chat Heads
Tap your profile picture or menu icon
Go to Settings
Tap Chat Heads
Turn off Chat Heads
If needed, open your phone’s Settings
Tap Apps
Select the messaging app
Tap Notifications
Disable floating notifications or bubbles
