Open Word
Go to File
Select Options
Open General
Find Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot settings
Uncheck or disable Copilot-related options
Click OK
Restart Word
If needed, turn off connected experiences in Privacy settings
If you are on a work or school account, ask your Microsoft 365 admin to disable Copilot for your account
