How To Add A Checkbox In Word?

Place the cursor where you want the checkbox

Go to the Developer tab

Click Check Box Content Control

To add a clickable checkbox in a document, use the Developer tab

If the Developer tab is not visible, enable it in Word Options

For a printable checkbox, type the square symbol or insert a checkbox symbol from Symbols

To create multiple checkboxes, copy and paste the checkbox item

To make a checkbox list, type the text next to each checkbox
