Start the vehicle or turn the ignition to the accessory/on position
Locate the headlight control
Turn the headlight switch to the on position
If equipped, rotate the stalk or dial to the headlight setting
Check the dashboard for the headlight indicator
Adjust to high beams if needed using the turn signal stalk or headlight control
