Swipe down from the top of the screen
Swipe down again to expand the Quick Settings panel
Tap Mobile data to turn it on
If you do not see Mobile data, swipe left or right in Quick Settings
Open Settings
Tap Connections
Tap Data usage
Turn on Mobile data
If needed, make sure Airplane mode is off
