Open Disney Plus and start playing a movie or show
Tap or click the audio and subtitles icon
Select your preferred subtitle language
Close the menu to keep subtitles on
If needed, go to the playback settings on your device and enable closed captions
On mobile, tap the screen to reveal playback controls first
On TV, use the remote to open the subtitle menu during playback
On web, use the subtitles icon in the player controls
On some devices, subtitles may need to be enabled separately in accessibility settings
