Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap Following
Review the accounts you follow
Tap Following next to an account
Tap Unfollow
Repeat for each account you want to remove
Use Instagram’s built-in options only
Avoid third-party unfollow apps or automation tools
Check Instagram’s limits to avoid temporary restrictions
If needed, unfollow in small batches over time
