Select the entire worksheet (click the top-left corner between the row and column headers).
Go to the Home tab.
In the Cells group, click Format.
Under Visibility, click Unhide Rows.
If rows still remain hidden, repeat by selecting specific row ranges, then use Format > Unhide Rows.
