Quit the app
Open Finder
Go to Applications
Drag the app to the Trash
Empty the Trash
Remove related files from Library if needed
Check Library/Application Support
Check Library/Preferences
Check Library/Caches
Remove the app from Login Items if needed
Restart your Mac
