Open Facebook
Go to the post, page, or profile you liked
Tap or click the Like, Follow, or Reaction button
Select Unlike, Unfollow, or remove the reaction
For a page, go to the page and tap or click Liked to unlike it
For a post, tap or click the current reaction to remove it
For a profile, go to the profile and unfollow or unlike if available
Check your Activity Log to remove likes from past activity
On the Facebook app, use the menu to find your liked items
On a browser, use your profile settings to review and remove likes
