Check whether your keyboard has a Win Lock or Game Mode key and press it
Try Fn plus the Windows key
Press Fn plus the key with a lock or gamepad icon
Open your keyboard software and disable Windows key lock or Game Mode
Open Microsoft PowerToys and turn off Keyboard Manager remaps
Open Registry Editor and set Scancode Map back to default if it was changed
Open Group Policy Editor and disable any policy that blocks the Windows key
Restart your computer
Unplug and reconnect the keyboard
Try a different USB port
Update or reinstall the keyboard driver
Test the keyboard on another computer
Reset the keyboard to factory settings if supported
