Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Hidden Words or Privacy settings
Tap Muted accounts or Muted users
Find the person you want to unmute
Tap their profile
Tap Following or the Following button
Tap Mute
Turn off Posts, Stories, or both
Go back to the person’s profile
Make sure mute is disabled
