Put your AirPods in their charging case
Connect the charging case to power
Keep the AirPods near your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Make sure the device is connected to Wi-Fi
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
Keep the device updated to the latest iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version
Leave the AirPods in the case and charging for at least 30 minutes
Check the AirPods firmware version in Bluetooth settings
Repeat the charging and pairing process if the firmware has not updated
Reset the AirPods if needed and set them up again
