Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC
Click Library
Click Get updates
Find the Amazon Prime Video app in the list
Wait for the update to download and install
Open the Amazon Prime Video app after the update finishes
If the app does not update, uninstall it from Settings
Reinstall the app from the Microsoft Store
Restart your PC if the update still does not appear
