Open Device Manager
Expand the category for the device
Right-click the device
Select Update driver
Choose Search automatically for drivers
Wait for Windows to install the update
Restart the computer if prompted
Visit the device manufacturer’s website
Download the latest driver for your device model
Run the driver installer
Follow the on-screen prompts
Restart the computer after installation
Use Windows Update to check for driver updates
Open Settings
Select Windows Update
Click Check for updates
Install any available driver updates
Verify the driver version in Device Manager
Roll back the driver if problems occur
Reinstall the device driver if needed
