Select the option for PAN card correction or update
Choose the form for changes or correction in PAN data
Enter your PAN details and personal information
Fill in the new mobile number in the contact details section
Upload the required supporting documents if asked
Submit the application form online
Pay the applicable fee online
Save the acknowledgment number after submission
Complete Aadhaar-based OTP verification if required
Track the application status using the acknowledgment number
Download or receive the updated PAN confirmation after approval
