Read the Instant Pot manual for your specific model
Place the inner pot inside the base
Add ingredients and liquid
Close and lock the lid
Set the steam release valve to the sealing position
Select the cooking function you want
Adjust time and pressure settings if needed
Press start or wait for the cooker to begin
Let the pot come to pressure
Cook for the set time
Release pressure using natural release or quick release
Open the lid only after all pressure is released
Remove food carefully
Turn off the unit and unplug it
Clean the inner pot, lid, and sealing ring after use
