Blow your nose gently before use
Shake the bottle if the label says to
Remove the cap
Prime the spray if using it for the first time or after a long break
Keep your head upright
Close one nostril with a finger
Insert the tip into the other nostril
Aim the spray slightly away from the center of your nose
Breathe in gently while squeezing the bottle once
Repeat in the other nostril if directed
Do not use more sprays than the label or your doctor says
Do not use for more than 3 days unless told by a doctor
Wipe the nozzle clean after use
Replace the cap after use
Do not share the spray with others
