Wet the brush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste
Place the brush head against your teeth at a slight angle toward the gumline
Turn the toothbrush on after it is in your mouth
Let the brush do the work; use gentle pressure
Move slowly from tooth to tooth, holding on each surface for a few seconds
Brush the outer surfaces of all teeth
Brush the inner surfaces of all teeth
Brush the chewing surfaces of all teeth
Brush along the gumline
Brush your tongue if desired
Brush for about two minutes
Divide your mouth into sections and spend equal time on each section
Turn the toothbrush off before removing it from your mouth
Rinse your mouth, brush head, and handle after use
Store the toothbrush upright and allow it to air dry
Replace the brush head every three months or sooner if bristles are worn
Charge the toothbrush as needed according to the manufacturer’s instructions
