Peel the strip from the backing
Place the strip on your teeth, gel side against the enamel
Press the strip to fit the shape of your teeth
Fold any excess strip behind your teeth
Leave the strip on for the recommended time
Remove the strip carefully
Discard the strip after use
Avoid eating or drinking while wearing the strips
Rinse your mouth if the instructions say to do so
Use the strips only as directed on the package
Repeat daily for the recommended treatment period
Avoid using if you have irritated gums or untreated dental problems
Stop use and contact a dentist if you feel significant pain or sensitivity
