Choose a derma roller with 0.25 mm to 0.5 mm needles for beard use
Disinfect the roller with 70% isopropyl alcohol before and after each use
Wash your face and beard area with a gentle cleanser
Pat the skin completely dry
Roll gently over the beard area in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions
Use light pressure only; do not press hard
Roll each section 6 to 8 times in each direction
Avoid rolling over acne, cuts, irritation, or active skin infections
Avoid the lips, nostrils, and eye area
Do not share your derma roller with anyone
Use the derma roller 1 to 2 times per week
Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer or beard-safe serum after use
Avoid harsh products, exfoliants, and retinoids for 24 to 48 hours after rolling
Keep the roller clean and store it in a dry, protected case
Replace the roller regularly when the needles become dull or bent
