Rinse the aligners with lukewarm water
Fill a clean container with lukewarm water
Add one Invisalign Cleaning Crystals packet to the water
Stir until the crystals dissolve
Place the aligners in the solution
Soak for about 15 minutes
Remove the aligners from the solution
Rinse the aligners thoroughly with lukewarm water
Brush the aligners gently with a soft toothbrush if needed
Rinse again before wearing
Discard the used solution after each use
Avoid hot water, which can warp the aligners
