Turn microphone and camera on or off as needed
Click the record button
Speak and perform the actions you want to record
Click stop when finished
Review the recording
Trim or edit the video if needed
Copy the share link
Share the link with others
Organize videos in folders or workspace libraries
Add titles, descriptions, or comments if needed
Use analytics and viewer insights if available
Delete or archive recordings you no longer need
