Wash your hands
Shake the saline nasal mist bottle if directed on the label
Remove the cap
Blow your nose gently
Keep your head upright or tilt it slightly forward
Insert the nozzle into one nostril
Close the other nostril with a finger if needed
Spray the mist as directed on the label
Breathe in gently through your nose while spraying
Repeat in the other nostril if directed
Wipe the nozzle clean after use
Replace the cap
Do not share the bottle with others
Use only as directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional
