Open your Shopify admin
Go to Apps
Open Shopify Flow
Select Create workflow
Choose Use AI or the AI workflow builder option
Enter a plain-language prompt describing the automation you want
Include the trigger, conditions, and actions you need
Review the suggested workflow generated by AI
Edit any steps, conditions, or actions as needed
Add variables, filters, or tags if required
Save the workflow
Turn the workflow on
Test the workflow with a sample event or real store activity
Check the workflow run history for results
Refine the prompt or workflow if the automation needs changes
