Open Skype and sign in to your account
Make sure the other person also has Skype installed and is signed in
Add the person to your contacts if needed
Open the contact’s chat or profile
Click or tap the call button
Choose the audio call option for voice only
Choose the video call option if you want video
Wait for the other person to answer
Use the mute, camera, speaker, and end call buttons during the call
End the call when finished
