Place the bonnet over your hairline
Position the front edge just above your forehead
Tuck all hair fully inside the bonnet
Adjust the back so it covers the nape of your neck
Smooth the bonnet so it sits flat on your head
Tie or secure the straps if your bonnet has them
Make sure it feels snug but not too tight
Check that no hair is sticking out
Sleep with the bonnet on or wear it as needed
