Check the package for expiration date and damage
Wash your hands
Open the package carefully
Hold the condom by the closed inner ring
Squeeze the inner ring and insert it into the vagina
Push it in with a finger until it reaches the cervix
Make sure the outer ring stays outside the vagina
Guide the penis into the condom during sex
Stop if the condom slips, twists, or feels uncomfortable
After sex, twist the outer ring to keep semen inside
Pull it out gently before standing up
Throw it in the trash, not the toilet
Use a new condom every time you have sex
