Place your hands in front of your body with your palms facing each other
Touch the tips of your index fingers and thumbs together to form a small “O” with each hand
Keep your other fingers relaxed and slightly curled
Press your thumbs and index fingers together firmly to create tension
Quickly pull the hands apart while keeping the pressed fingertips in contact
Snap the fingers apart in a fast, controlled motion
Repeat with small adjustments to finger pressure and timing until you get a clear whistle sound
Try varying the angle of your hands slightly (more open or more closed) to find the best position
