Cup both hands around your mouth, forming a seal with your palms and fingers
Keep your hands close together so the air is directed forward through a small opening
Place your thumbs near your cheeks and your index fingers near your chin to shape the channel
Blow a steady stream of air through the small gap between your hands
Tighten the seal slightly and adjust the gap size until you hear the pitch
Keep the air stream consistent, using controlled diaphragm pressure
Move your hands slightly closer or farther to change resonance and pitch
Try slight mouth adjustments while keeping the hand shape steady (open wider or slightly purse lips)
Practice with short bursts first, then longer ones once you find the right hand position
If you can’t get a sound, reposition your hands and repeat from sealing the mouth opening
