Use toilet paper or a bidet
Wipe from front to back
Use enough paper to protect your hand
Wipe gently until clean
Fold or use a fresh piece of paper as needed
Continue until no residue remains
Use wet wipes only if they are safe to flush or dispose of properly
Wash your hands with soap and water afterward
