How To Wrap Your Hands For Boxing?

Start with your hand open and your wrist straight

Place the thumb loop around your thumb

Wrap the band around your wrist 3 times

Wrap around your palm 3 times

Wrap around the thumb 1 to 2 times

Wrap between each finger if desired

Wrap around the knuckles 3 times

Wrap back around the wrist several times

Secure the wrap with the hook-and-loop closure

Make sure the wrap is snug but not too tight

Check that you can still make a fist comfortably
