Sign in with the Google account linked to the phone
Select the Samsung phone from the list
View the phone’s location on the map
Make sure Location is turned on
Make sure the phone is connected to the internet
Make sure Find My Mobile is enabled on the phone
Make sure Remote unlock and Send last location are enabled
Use Samsung SmartThings Find if available
Open the SmartThings app or website
Sign in with your Samsung account
Select the phone to locate it
Call your mobile carrier for help if the phone is lost or stolen
Contact local authorities if theft is involved
