Open System Settings
Click Sound
Lower the alert volume to zero
Turn off Play sound effects if needed
Turn on Do Not Disturb or Focus
If using iPhone calls on Mac, open FaceTime
Go to FaceTime settings
Turn off Calls from iPhone
If using notifications, open System Settings
Click Notifications
Disable notification sounds for specific apps
