Open the FaceTime app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted
Make sure FaceTime is turned on in Settings
Tap or click New FaceTime
Enter a contact name, phone number, or email address
Choose Audio or Video if prompted
Tap or click the call button
Wait for the other person to answer
Use the on-screen controls during the call
Tap or click End to finish the call
