Tap the menu icon in the top right
Tap Insights
If you do not see Insights, switch to a professional account
Open the post, story, reel, or live you want to review
Tap View Insights under the content
Check metrics like reach, impressions, interactions, and engagement
Use the date range or filters if available to change the data view
