Log in to your PayPal account
Click the Settings gear icon
Go to Payments
Click Manage automatic payments
Select the subscription or merchant
Click Cancel or Cancel automatic payments
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a confirmation message or email
If needed, contact the merchant directly to stop future charges
