Go to Southwest.com or open the Southwest app
Sign in to your Rapid Rewards account if needed
Select My Trips
Enter your confirmation number, first name, and last name if prompted
Choose the flight you want to cancel
Click or tap Cancel Flight
Confirm the cancellation
Check your email for the cancellation confirmation
If you booked through a travel agency or third party, contact them to cancel
