Place 4 iron blocks in a T shape
Put 1 carved pumpkin, jack o’lantern, or pumpkin on top of the center block
Make sure the area around the structure is clear
The iron golem will spawn automatically
Use 36 iron ingots to craft the 4 iron blocks if needed
