Craft or find an Enchanting Table
Gather Lapis Lazuli
Make or obtain a Book
Place the Enchanting Table and open its interface
Put the Book in the item slot
Add Lapis Lazuli in the lapis slot
Choose an available enchantment
Use an Anvil to apply the enchanted book to tools, weapons, armor, or other items
Use an Enchanted Book from fishing, trading, loot, or chests if you do not want to enchant a normal book
Use a Librarian villager to trade for specific enchanted books
Use an Anvil and experience levels to combine enchanted books if needed
