Sit or stand upright with relaxed shoulders
Slowly tilt your right ear toward your right shoulder
Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds
Return to center
Slowly tilt your left ear toward your left shoulder
Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds
Return to center
Gently lower your chin toward your chest
Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds
Return to center
Slowly turn your head to look over your right shoulder
Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds
Return to center
Slowly turn your head to look over your left shoulder
Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds
Return to center
Gently tuck your chin inward
Hold the stretch for 5 to 10 seconds
Repeat each stretch 2 to 4 times
Move slowly and avoid bouncing
Stop if you feel pain or dizziness
