Press and hold the Power button
Tap Power off on the screen
If prompted, confirm Power off
If the screen is frozen, press and hold Power and Volume Down together until the device turns off
If your phone has no Power menu, use the Quick Settings power icon if available
If the device still does not turn off, let the battery drain completely
