Open WhatsApp on your iPhone
Tap the Status tab at the bottom
View the list of contacts who have posted a status
Tap a contact’s status to open it
Swipe left or right to move between status updates
Tap the screen to pause a status
Swipe up to reply to a status
Check the Updates tab if Status is not shown on the bottom bar
Make sure WhatsApp has permission to access your contacts
Update WhatsApp if status is not appearing
