You cannot change your Skype ID directly
Your Skype ID is your Microsoft account username
To use a different Skype ID, create a new Microsoft account
Sign out of Skype
Sign in with the new Microsoft account
Update your Skype display name if needed
Change your profile picture if needed
Share your new Skype name or contact details with others
