Open Instagram and find the video you want to save
Tap the share icon or three dots on the post
Select Copy Link
Open Safari on your iPhone
Go to a trusted Instagram video downloader website
Paste the copied link into the website
Tap Download
Choose the video quality if prompted
Tap Save Video or Download
Open the Photos app to find the saved video
For your own Instagram videos, open your profile
Tap the video post
Tap the three dots
Select Save to Camera Roll if available
For Story videos, open your archived story or active story
Tap the three dots
Select Save or Save Video
If the video is in your Instagram DMs, open the chat
Tap and hold the video
Select Save if the option appears
Use the Screen Recording feature in Control Center if downloading is not available
Stop recording after the video finishes
Trim the recording in the Photos app if needed
