Open Instagram and find the picture you want to save
If it is your own photo, tap the three dots
Select Save to device or Download, if available
If no download option appears, take a screenshot
Crop the screenshot to keep only the picture
On a computer, open the post in a browser
Right-click the image and choose Save image as, if available
If the image cannot be saved directly, use a screenshot tool
Use only images you have permission to download or reuse
